Dr Tunks has 20 years of world wide experience in the mining industry both in Australia, South America and also in Southern & Central Africa including Ghana, Tanzania and most recently Botswana.  He holds a B.Sc.(Hons) and a PhD obtained and has lectured at University on Economic Geology. He has been involved in discoveries in both Ghana and Botswana. Prior to his current role he was Chief Geologist for IAMGOLD corporation and held the position of Senior Lecturer in Economic Geology at the University of Tasmania. Dr Tunks is the CEO of A-Cap Resources Limited.
