Mr. Turner has been a Board member of Anvil since September 1996.  He has a Bachelor of Science (Geology and Mineralogy) from the University of Queensland, a Master of Science from James Cook University and an MBA from Monash University.

Mr Turner has worked internationally at a senior level for over 15 years in Central and South-East Asia and Africa.  Prior to joining Anvil in 1995, Mr. Turner worked with Dominion Mining Limited over a period of 10 years as the General Manager, Indonesia and Special Projects Manager, Australia.

Mr Turner is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
