Mr O’Neill is a founding director of the company. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in geology from the University of Western Australia. Since graduating, Mr O’Neill has held positions with a number of Australian and multinational exploration companies and has managed exploration programs in a diverse range of environments and locations, including Botswana, North America, South-East Asia, North Africa and Australasia.

Mr O’Neill has held executive management positions with ASX listed companies and has worked on a range of commodities including diamonds, gold, base metals, coal, oil and gas.
