Full delegate registration $A1,095.00 for registration and/ or payment received after 2 July 2009

• To take advantage of our early bird rate of $A995.00 (including GST), please register and pay by 2 July 2010. If full early bird payment is not received by that date, the rate will automatically revert to our normal delegate rate of $A1,095 (including GST).
• Normal delegate registration payment is due and payable on 30 July 2010, with registration received after this date becoming due and payable immediately. No refunds/ credits will be given for cancellation made after this date. Replacement/ substitute delegate(s) may however be nominated.
• Cancellation/ substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the conference coordinator prior to the conference. Cancellation/ substitution requests received during/ after the conference will not be processed.
• Please note that unpaid registration may be refused admittance to the conference.
• As the event is held and hence deemed to be enjoyed in Australia, delegate fees are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
