Since completing a PhD on the Broken Hill lead-zinc-silver orebody, Ken has had 35 years of professional experience with major resource companies (CSR, MIM); as an academic (University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg); and as a mineral exploration consultant. He has extensive base metal experience, especially in Australian Proterozoic provinces, as well as in southern Africa, Indonesia and China.
 
Ken is a founding Executive Director of the Company. He was instrumental in IBML’s 2003 discovery of the Mount Kelly oxide copper orebodies in Northwest Queensland and was Chief Geologist for CopperCo Limited from its foundation until he was appointed Executive Director and Chief Geologist of Copper Range Limited.
 
Within IBML, Ken is responsible for the generation and implementation of technical strategies.
