Mark is Executive Director of Arthur J. Gallagher’s Political, Project and Credit Risks division following their acquisition of the FirstCity Trade and Political Risks business that Mark had led since 1999.  Mark has more than 30 years insurance experience and has specialised in Political Risks Insurance for more than 25 years 

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co is the third largest insurance broker and risk management firm in the United States and the fifth largest in the world.

Mark works within Gallagher London (which is the trading name of Arthur J. Gallagher (UK) Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority) and trades at Lloyd’s and with the worldwide insurance markets.

Mark and his team have gained particular experience in the provision of Political Risks Insurance to the resource sector and have now joined a group that is a market leading provider of corporate and project insurance solutions to the mining sector.

Apart from a number mining companies, Mark is proud to be able to count some of the leading resource finance institutions as clients who have welcomed the high level of expertise and intense attention to service Mark and his team have to offer.

Based in London close to the insurance markets Mark travels regularly to AustralAsia and Africa.
