Michael Bula, is the director of Michael Bula Solicitors, International Lawyers and Notaries assisting mining companies in francophone Africa in international law and is fluent in both French and Italian and one of the few practising lawyers in Australia with accreditation as a NAATI professional (French↔English) translator.  He is the Honorary Consul General of Senegal in Australia and Legal Counsel to the French and Belgian diplomatic posts in Australia and currently President of the Society of Notaries of Victoria Inc. and Deputy Chairman of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries and a member of the International Union of Notaries.
