Mr Simon Youds is a professional mining engineer who has worked extensively in project development and mine management in Africa (Tanzania and Ghana), Papua New Guinea and Australia. Mr Youds also holds an MBA degree from Deakin University, Victoria.

Simon has held senior position with many companies in the project and production phases, most recently as Managing Director Australia of unlisted manganese and chromite producer, Consolidated Minerals Limited.
