| Mr Hills is a Chartered Accountant, with extensive experience as Chief Financial Officer of public companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). He has worked with companies operating in gold and base-metals exploration and development during the past nine years, and prior to that in the mining services sector. He is currently the Perth-based Chief Financial Officer of Tiger Resources Limited, having joined the group in April 2010. |
