Third Generation Metallurgy Operations professional with Over 30 years Mineral Processing Operations and Management experience in Gold/Uranium Vanadium/Mineral Sands/Nickel and Manganese.

Experience in general operations of Mining and Processing from general operations through to Executive Management on Mine sites in Australia and West Africa, specifically Ghana for the past 9 years.

Managing Director of Noble Mineral Resources from its private Company beginnings, and undertook the acquisitions in Ghana for Noble that lead to the IPO of Noble in June 2008 on the ASX. He was instrumental in the most recent development of Noble being the successful acquisition of the 2.0 Million ounce fully equipped and functioning Bibiani Gold Mine located in Ghana West Africa.

Mr Norris has over 35 years’ experience in metallurgical processing and commissioning. He has been involved at senior management levels in the commissioning of five processing facilities in Australia. His extensive metallurgical knowledge has included the training of nationals in Ghana for two years for Goldfields Ghana Ltd.
