Wayne is a Metallurgist and Mineral Economist with over 16 years' experience in operations, project evaluation, acquisition and project development. He has held senior commercial, project management and development positions with Iberian Resources Limited, Breakaway Resources Limited, Harmony Gold (Australia) Pty Limited, Hill 50 Limited and several Australian engineering companies.
Wayne was appointed a Director of the Company on 31 October 2005.
