Brandon Munro is Chief Executive Officer of Bannerman Resources Ltd, an ASX-listed company focused on developing the Etango uranium project, situated 20 km from CGN’s Husab Mine in Namibia. Etango is an advanced and large scale uranium project, with a definitive feasibility study and environmental/social approval in place. The Etango project proposes to produce 7-9 million pounds U3O8 per annum, ranking it amongst the largest uranium projects globally. Bannerman has recently completed a two-year Heap Leach Demonstration Plant and is currently engaged in a DFS Update to include the favourable results of that program and incorporate technology innovations since the Etango DFS was completed in 2012.

Brandon has 20 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer and resources executive. Brandon served as Governance Advisor to the Namibian Uranium Association and is Strategic Advisor – Mining Charter to the Namibian Chamber of Mines. His board roles include as Trustee of high-profile conservation NGO, Save the Rhino Trust Namibia.

Brandon has degrees in quantitative economics and law and post graduate qualifications in finance and corporate governance. Brandon recently returned to Australia after living in Namibia for more than five years, where he was Managing Director of Kunene Resources Ltd and GM Corporate Development for Bannerman. He passionately endorses corporate social investment and is regarded as a thought leader in community engagement.
