Letters of Invitation
To assist with the visa application process, the organisers of ADU are able to provide registered delegates with a letter of invitation to indicate attendees are in Australia for genuine business purposes. Please contact Namukale Nakazwe-Msiska, Kale@paydirt.com.au to request a letter of invitation for ADU. In order to mitigate visa fraud and maintain the integrity of ADU, we will only issue letters of invitation to delegates/sponsors that have paid their registration fees in full.
You must provide us with the following details in order for us to facilitate your visa letter(s):
- Full Name as appears on passport (clearly indicate the first and last name)
- Date of Birth
- Country of Origin/Citizenship
- Passport Number
Upon receipt of your letter of invitation you must submit the letter with your visa application to the Australian visa office closest to your current place of residence; or online (if eligible).
